Terms and Conditions

All prices quoted are based on one pick-up and one return drop-off unless otherwise stated. If you need any extra drop-offs, these must be arranged before the trip and a new price agreed. Our drivers are not required to make any extra return drop-offs unless they have been agreed in advance and are included on the booking.

All our vehicles are non-smoking. Food and alcoholic drinks are not allowed on the vehicles.

The person who books the trip will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.

Any soiling inside the vehicle will result in a charge.

We are not responsible for any costs caused by missed flights, trains, ferries or events if enough journey time has not been allowed. Please tell us what time you need to arrive at your destination so we can advise you accordingly.

Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit will only be refunded if we cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot provide a replacement vehicle and driver. We reserve the right to cancel any trip and refund any deposit paid.

If, for any unforeseen reason, our vehicle is delayed by 60 minutes or more, you will be entitled to a £20 voucher to use towards your next journey with us. If we are more than 30 minutes late, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

If you cancel your trip for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded.
